Remembering was a first-of-its-kind experience — a short film on Disney+ paired with an augmented reality companion experience developed by Magnopus. Using your phone as a companion device while watching, characters and environments extended beyond the TV screen and into your physical space.
The experience premiered live at the D23 Fan Expo in Anaheim, where thousands of fans experienced it for the first time alongside the film's creative team. It represented a new frontier for Disney storytelling — content that doesn't just play on a screen, but lives in the room with you.
